• The area has experienced 2,714 homes sales YTD, a 68 unit decline, or 2.44% fewer sales in comparison to November YTD 2006. While the year has not proven to be as stellar as 2006, it is ahead of 2005, by 4.5%, outselling 2005 sales by 116 units.
